A film about Americans who care and Americans who can

Elson Bankoff and Nick Walker will embark on a road trip this summer to prove that alternative, clean energy is patriotic. We want to decouple it from bipartisan politics through telling real life stories about how American values are driving our energy transition. This film will follow a mosaic of unlikely participants across the United States who we have met and built relationships with.

They are all compelled, for various reasons, to reclaim what energy means and unlock new value streams. It’s a group of pioneers saying: Look, this place is my home. And in this place, I will build a better life.
